The pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust collector improved on the basis of the bag filter. It combines the advantages of various pulse jet dust collectors with reverse blowing in the compartment, and overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient cleaning intensity of the compartment and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air. Expanded the scope of application.

The pulse dust collector is when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, coarse particles in the gas are caused. The dust flows directly into the ash hopper. It plays a role of pre-collection of dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The air outlet is discharged, and the dust-containing gas is purified through the filter bag. As time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, which increases the resistance of the filter bag, resulting in a gradual decrease in the processing air volume. For normal work, it must be controlled The resistance is within a certain range (140-170 mm water column). Once the range is exceeded, the filter bag must be cleaned. When cleaning the dust, the pulse controller will trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve in sequence, and the compressed air in the air bag will be blown by the injection pipe. Each hole is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag through a venturi tube, and the filter bag instantly expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag returns to its original state. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulsed to clean the dust, so that the purified gas can pass through normally, and the operation of the dust removal system is ensured.

Pulse dust collector refers to the method of blowing compressed air to remove the dust attached to the filter medium (cloth bag or filter cartridge); Depending on the size of the dust collector, there may be several sets of pulse valves, which are controlled by a pulse controller or PLC. Each time a set of pulse valves are opened to remove the dust from the bag or filter cartridge it controls, other cloth bags or filter cartridges work normally. After a period of time, the next set of pulse valves are opened to clean up the next part.
The dust collector is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box body, a middle box body, and a lower box body. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. The gas enters the upper box body to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the room, so that the cloth bag of the room is in a state where there is no air flow (the divided room stops the air to remove the ash). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing and cleaning. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag settles into the ash hopper after blowing. It avoids the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag is completely cleaned.
And by the programmable controller for automatic control of the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash unloading valve, etc. Dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. After the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, it passes through the air outlet discharge.
